Condition and grading
No manifest is provided, and the pallet is graded at lot level. Because returns are mixed in with new pairs, check each pair before listing it, and describe returned items accurately. A few minutes spent grading each pair on arrival will pay off when listings go live, because accurate descriptions cut down on buyer questions.
Who it suits
Online resellers, boutique owners, auction sellers and exporters targeting footwear will find it useful. Sell premium pairs individually on eBay or Whatnot, and place the mainstream pairs in bundles or at a table for steady turnover. Because there is no manifest, look carefully at the listing images and plan to sort on arrival, listing new pairs first and describing returned items clearly for each buyer.
Freight and terms
Freight to any country is included in the price, and import duties and taxes are for international buyers to pay. In the US a liftgate truck is standard, with tracking emailed after booking. Returns are covered by our 14-day policy, and payment instructions arrive after checkout.
Free worldwide freight. Delivery is included in the listed price, worldwide. Pallets ship from our base in Fremont, California, by liftgate truck, so no forklift is needed.
